Mrs. Dada, Deborah Oluwatosin., obtained her N.C.E (Political Science and Social Studies) from Tai Solarin College of Education in 2010, B.Ed. (Guidance and Counselling) from the Obafemi Awolowo University in 2017, a Master of Arts in Education (Guidance and Counselling) from the Obafemi Awolowo University in 2022 and she is currently on her Ph.D programme in the Department of Counselling and Human Development, where she also works an Assistant Lecturer.

Her academic training provided a solid foundation in counselling theories, human development, psychological assessment, and therapeutic interventions. She is committed to continuous professional development and open to collaborations on workshops, trainings, and academic conferences to strengthen her expertise. She currently has three publications in both international and local journals and about five papers under peer review. Her research interests include mental health, school counselling and adolescent development. She is a member of Counselling Association of Nigeria, Association of Educational Researchers and Evaluators of Nigeria, Educational Psychology Society of Nigeria and Nigerian Certified Teacher.
